How does it work?

As soon as the document indexing step has been performed by the CK Indexer* (as shown on the diagram), staff receive documents via a validation path put forward by CK Workflow to be classified and archived in PDF format. The software also offers various elements of functionality that enable processes to be managed more effectively, such as ‘Inform users by email of tasks that need completing’ or ‘Quickly approve files thanks to previews’.
