How it works ?
As soon as the indexing step of your invoices has been carried out with the CK Indexer * software (as in the diagram), the collaborators accept the documents thanks to a validation circuit proposed by CK Workflow then to be classified and archived in the format PDF. The software offers you several features in order to better manage processes such as “warning users by email of the tasks to be performed” or “quickly approve invoices by previewing them”.
