You will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your complaint within ten (10) working days. CK Group undertakes to reply within one (1) month from the date of receipt of your request. However, if a more in-depth analysis of your request is necessary and results in a delay, we undertake to inform you of the new deadline.
